The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies – Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona School of Governance Studies (NIPSS-OSKASOGS) has announced the public presentation and official launch of a book titled Leadership Lessons from the Reign of Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona.
According to a statement issued by the Chairman of the Media and Publicity Committee, Otunba Adesanya Yusuf, the event is scheduled to hold on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Ogbagba Hall, located within Olabisi Onabanjo University, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The launch is expected to attract notable personalities from across the country and will feature an array of distinguished guests. The Special Guest of Honour is Tajudeen Abbas, while Dapo Abiodun will serve as Chief Host.
The Chairman of the Occasion is Olusegun Osoba, while the Director General of NIPSS, Ayo Omotayo, will host the event. The book review will be delivered by Professor Fassy Yusuf.
Organisers say the occasion will also be graced by eminent royal fathers, traditional rulers, scholars, distinguished personalities, and prominent sons and daughters of the land, all coming together to celebrate the enduring leadership legacy and remarkable reign of the late Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona.
The book is expected to provide insight into the leadership principles, governance values, and enduring lessons from the monarch’s decades-long reign, widely regarded as one of the most impactful in Nigeria’s traditional institution.
